New to yoga?
If you’re new to yoga, we’ll introduce you to the basics of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method and guide you through this empowering practice, which combines mental focus, breath and postures in a counted flow.
You’ll learn to glide in your yoga practice independently and we’ll assist you every step of the way.

More experienced?
If you’re an existing yoga practitioner or already have some experience of practising Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, we invite you to our daily teacher-assisted self-practice classes (Mysore style).
We’re happy to assist practitioners of both the Primary and Intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga.
